Welcome to World-Weary

Sit down, have a cup of tea. Put up your feet and grab a cookie if you like. This space is for you.

World-Weary is a place for people like us; people that are aware of all the problems of the world and find them quite exhausting. It's a place for us world-weary cynics to take a load off and discuss the issues of the day. A place for us to commiserate and collaborate.

A place to discuss current events, culture, society, and all of the things we would like to see change for the better.

If all goes well, it might become a place to discuss solutions.

What's In It for You?

By signing up to World-Weary you'll be joining the community. You'll have access to the comment sections and be able to take part in discussions with other world-weary warriors looking to fight the good fight.

So long as everyone follows the community guidelines, I hope that we can all engage with each other openly and cordially. This is not a space to fight each other, but to stand in solidarity and, in time, create a network.

If you should choose to become a paid supporter, I'd be deeply grateful. It is purely optional, and the vast majority of the content of this site remains fully open to everyone who signs in for free.

Keeping World-Weary going takes a lot of time and effort, and I provide the majority of my content free of charge to anyone who stops by. Keeping the website up costs money, and I don't make very much in return. Every paid subscriber is a contribution towards keeping this place afloat!

There are a few extra perks to paid supporters of course, such as access to Unfiltered, my podcast -although it is very new, I'm still learning the ropes.

Subscribers to World-Weary, whether paid or free, help keep this community growing and thriving.

The World-Weary Missive

Signing up to join the community will also sign you up for the Missive, with stories and updates sent directly to your inbox. Like the rest of the site, this is entirely free.

Solidarity Wins

Standing together, we can achieve the unimaginable. We only lose hope for a better world if we stop fighting for it.
